How Much Does it Cost?

All Orders are subject to a Delivery Fee and a Service Charge.
Delivery Fees help us ensure that our dedicated staff earn respectable wages for their hard work.
Service Charges help us cover the cost of providing our service, including keeping our driver fleet fully insured, as well as utilities, equipment, merchant services and marketing.

Service Charge is 18% of food subtotal.

Delivery Fees are determined by distance from restaurants.
Regular Delivery Fee Rates are:
0-3 miles $4.99
3.1 - 5 miles $5.99
Beyond 5 miles (where available) $7.99
All distances measured from their respective restaurants.
PREMIER PARTNER RESTAURANTS have lower delivery fees.

We have a $12 minimum food subtotal on all orders, and $25 minimum food subtotal beyond 5 miles.

What is the standard delivery time?

Most deliveries require less that 1 hour for completion, however more time may be necessary during peak restaurant hours, inclement weather, or for larger and longer distance orders.

Can I place an order for a later date?

Yes, the online ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose your time. Whether it’s today, tomorrow, next week, or months from now, gives you the flexibility for all your meal planning.

Special Instructions for my order?

For every item on a restaurants’ menu, our ordering system gives you the opportunity to include ‘Special Instructions’. This will ensure the restaurant you order from prepares your meal with the attention it requires. Please be aware that some restaurants do not allow substitutions.

Do I tip my delivery driver?

All tips go directly to your delivery driver, so please, be considerate of their efforts.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate online?

When you are ready to enter your payment method on the checkout page, you will have the opportunity to enter the Gift Certificate code. The amount will be deducted from your order total, and any remaining balance can be paid with Credit Card.

Can I change my information after I register for an account?

Yes, you can modify your information at any point after registering on by clicking on the ‘My Account’ page after you are signed in.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as HAWK DOLLARS. After your order has been placed via credit/debit card we will NEVER attempt to contact you concerning any card information. It is kept stored privately on our secure server only.
